Sales Advisor & Account Manager

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: £20,000/year
  • On Target Earnings: £40,000
What you’ll be doing:
  • Finding, maintaining and developing relationships with customers via telephone calls and emails. Nurturing your prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Dealing with any objections the customers may have.
  • Working to sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reviewing your sales pipeline on an ongoing basis to ensure sales conversions are maximised.
  • Attending and contributing to daily team huddles and weekly training.
Sales experience or not, we expect our Sales Advisors to have:
  • Excellent questioning, qualification and closing skills.
  • The confidence and tenacity to pursue leads, overcome obstacles and secure deals.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Service Delivery Coordinator

  • 8.00am – 4.30pm or 9:30am – 6:00pm, Mon-Fri
  • 37.50 hours per week

This is a varied, fast paced position within a lively and vibrant office. You will manage and control a number of systems, vital to the smooth running of operations. Using our Microsoft CRM system and multiple in-house systems, you will be responsible keeping records/data correct and up to date.

Day to Day Tasks
  • Overseeing orders from when signed order form comes in through to hardware being sent to customer/li>
  • Managing CRM system
  • Setting up & maintaining customer records on several systems
  • Picking stock and setting up configuration records
  • Stock management
  • Supplier Invoice checking
  • Order placing
  • Weekly reporting/statistics
  • Managing estate of 2000+ telephone lines and internet connections
Personal Qualities
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office)
  • Awareness of the essential role of IT within business
  • A good standard of written and verbal English
  • Ability to listen and follow instructions
  • Able to handle a varied work load

Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer who will help us support our customer base as they use our next generation connectivity products.

  • 8.00am – 4.30pm or 9:30am – 6:00pm, Mon-Fri
  • £20,000 per annum
Vacancy description

Working within our Technical Team and reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, this role will encompass:

  • Ensuring all customer connections maintain uptime at all costs.
  • Completing the initial diagnosis of support cases and network events and either resolving to the customers satisfaction using documented processes and procedures or escalating as necessary.
  • Problem solving network connectivity issues using remote diagnostic tools and systems.
  • Managing all cases and customer requests from identification to resolution and closure, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Answering telephone and email support requests and responding to and managing events from our network monitoring platform to proactively protect customer connectivity.
  • Proactive communication to customers as their support cases are dealt with.

The role will include the use of centralised business systems including CRM and service desk management tools, as well as bespoke cloud-based software platforms and systems for diagnosis, problem solving and network management

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

DevOps Apprentice

We are an innovative, forward thinking company, looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is interested in being a DevOps Engineer, to join our team!

Your role will be based in The Lynch Wood Business Park in Peterborough. If you are keen to be part of a fast-moving, exciting industry – and you have any coding skills – then this is a great opportunity to start building a future career within IT.

As an IT Apprentice, we need someone who is passionate about their work, a geek for IT and a lifelong devotee to technology.

  • A typical day will involve performing and investigating current business processes in action and then working with the DevOps team to write software to automate and improve those processes
  • You will have exposure to Windows Server, Linux, PHP, MySQL, SQL Server, Laravel, node.js, Javascript, ASP and much more
  • You will be rotated through the Software Development and Technical Support Team for a chance to learn the business throughout
  • Experience in these technologies is not essential, but some level of experience of coding in these or similar technologies is what we’re after

The role will include design, development and testing of software for our growing ecosystem of systems and platforms. These include

  • Internal cloud-based business systems
  • Customer facing analytics portals
  • Core SD-WAN product features including network virtualisation and packet management
  • Telemetry collection and monitoring
  • Network orchestration
  • Zero-Touch hardware configuration

Applicants must have experience of working within recognised methodologies in a full project lifecycle, from specification to release, solution maintenance and fixing bugs
