As Head of Portfolio, I lead the strategic management of partnerships with carriers and data centres, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering robust relationships to support our service delivery. I also oversee vendor relationships with hardware suppliers, securing reliable equipment for our networking solutions.
I have developed deep expertise of our industry, with a focus on designing and managing complex wide area networks (WANs) for a diverse range of customers. My role has centred on close collaboration with customers to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored networking solutions that prioritise performance, scalability, and reliability. I have also built strong partnerships with suppliers, ensuring seamless integration of carrier and hardware resources to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.
I am deeply committed to growing within Evolving Networks and aspire to take on the role of Commercial Director in the future. My passion lies in driving strategic initiatives that blend technical innovation with commercial success. I aim to leverage my expertise in managing partnerships, optimizing service portfolios, and collaborating with customers and suppliers to further enhance our market position. This role would allow me to shape the company's commercial strategy, foster sustainable growth, and continue delivering exceptional value to our customers and partners.
Outside of work, I like to spend time in the garden and currently renovating my family home. I have a 3-year-old daughter and a border collie who keep me very busy and active. As a family, we like exploring the Cornwall coast as well as trips to the Lake District.
