Our Partner of the Month. Celebrating three years of partnership with Forfusion.

We proudly mark three years of our partnership with Forfusion. Together, we’re transforming business connectivity and consistently delivering innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.

We’re thrilled to celebrate a milestone: three years of partnership between Forfusion and Evolving Networks. Since joining forces, we’ve been transforming how businesses approach networking by leveraging the power of Software-Defined Wide Area Networks (SD-WAN). Together, we’ve created innovative, flexible solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Our partnership started with a clear goal: to enhance our managed services portfolio by incorporating an innovative, flexible and secure software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) solution. Our cutting-edge, resilient connectivity solutions, brought the perfect technology to complement Forfusion's digital transformation expertise.

Ian Musgrave, Forfusion’s CTO, remarked,

“The results speak for themselves. Over the past three years, we’ve worked together to deliver projects that enable businesses to modernise their infrastructure, improve performance, and enhance customer experience. We look forward to continuing this journey with Evolving Networks, delivering innovative, future-proof solutions for our customers.

Many businesses face challenges with their current wide-area network (WAN) providers, such as inconsistent connectivity, billing issues, and poor customer service. Our technology addresses these issues by designing a network tailored to resilience requirements site-by-site and anticipating ISP circuit failures. This creates an intelligent SD-WAN underlay using multiple links and highly resilient technologies.

Unlike other ISPs, Evolving Network's solution aggregates IP traffic across all available links, not just secondary backups. This innovative approach, combined with our customer-centric managed service, is transforming the ISP landscape."

Case Study: Newcastle Building Society

The Newcastle Building Society project is a perfect example of our collaborative work. One of the largest building societies in the UK was looking to revolutionise its branch network, but its existing infrastructure, built on Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), was ageing and becoming unreliable.

The Society needed a solution that could support its vision for the "branches of the future"—safe, connected spaces that foster community engagement while providing secure and dependable financial services. Forfusion and Evolving Networks partnered to design and implement a self-healing SD-WAN network, transforming The Society’s capabilities.

This wasn’t just any MPLS replacement, though – the SD-WAN solution provided a self-healing network which ensured seamless connectivity across all the Society’s locations, from branches to data centres. The innovative network design meant that any circuit failure would go unnoticed by branch staff and customers, ensuring business continuity and improving customer experience. The Society could now offer pop-up branches in rural areas, multi-bank kiosks, and cloud-based services—all thanks to a flexible, resilient network that scaled with their needs.

Nick Johnson, CEO of Evolving Networks, commented,

“Evolving Networks exists to solve problems through the clever application of software to connectivity. Delivering transformative network projects of this type is hugely rewarding. This was a complex project, and we delivered a better network and, crucially, a very smooth network transition. This project truly highlights the power of partnership. We’re very excited to continue this fantastic work with Forfusion.”
