Over 10 years experience at Evolving Networks, I have a broad and deep knowledge of the processes, procedures, policies and operational mechanisms that underpin the organisation. I’m a problem solver at all levels of the organisation and I enjoy watching others develop and grow.
My role as General Manager ranges maintenance of ISO9001 & ISO27001 certifications, showcasing our commitment to quality and security standards, the introduction of Agile methodologies & streamlining of our operations, ensuring robust service delivery and enhanced project management.
I started at Evolving Networks as a sales apprentice in 2012. Once I got to grips with the sales administration, I got involved with the delivery of our services, wrangling carriers, customers and technical staff. Getting to grips with how we can streamline all our processing.
I loved being sat in the middle of all the moving parts and Evolving Networks has acknowledged it and given me the scope to build on that. I’ve learnt the ITIL frameworks, ISO frameworks, gained a Level 5 apprenticeship in Operational Management & helped reorganise the team for best output.
Over the years I’ve developed a solid understanding of the industry as a result of the relationships I’ve built at all levels of our partner organisations, with customer big & small, and suppliers.
I’d love to take on the Managing Director role in the next few years and take a leading role in growing Evolving Networks.
I love talking to people, so going out and building partnerships with organisations that are culturally aligned with us is something I want to do more, naturally feeding into the growth we’re aiming for.
Outside of work, I’m a keen runner & gym goer and I love exploring new cities. Finding a cracking little coffee shop or food spot is always priority number one!
